What patients ask most.
How should I prepare for a visit?
Bring any prior studies (ECG, echo, bloodwork), a list of current medications with doses, and comfortable clothing. No fasting needed for a general consult — fasting is required for a stress test (4 hours) and contrast echo (6 hours).
How long is a consult?
A first consult is 45 minutes to leave room for history, examination, and plan. Follow-ups are 30 minutes. If you need a same-day study we add the corresponding time.
What should I bring the day of?
ID or passport, insurance card (if applicable), prior studies (printed or digital), and your medication list. For business invoicing bring the NIT and company name.
Do you see children and teens?
We see patients from age 14 and up. For paediatric cardiology (under 14) we refer to colleagues with that subspecialty — happy to share names.
Is telemedicine available?
Yes, for follow-ups, results review, and medication adjustments. The first visit and any studies must be in person. Virtual visits are Q 350.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 12 hours before. With less notice we apply a 50% charge so we can release the slot. Emergencies are always attended — message us on WhatsApp.
